Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash, role.
• Profile and coaching context: goals, training background, lifestyle tags you choose.
• Health and fitness inputs: assessments, scores, metrics, journal entries, progress photos you upload.
• Bookings and sessions: appointments with partners and check-in records.
• Payments and credits: service credit ledger; card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Device and diagnostic data: log data, crash reports, and IP address used to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use your data

To deliver coaching, schedule sessions, personalise recommendations, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Your data is visible to the professionals explicitly assigned to your care and to VYONIC administrators. We use vetted processors for hosting, database, email, and payments, all bound by data protection agreements.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you archive or delete your account, personal content is removed on the schedule required by law and our operational backups.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data at rest is stored in access-controlled databases and buckets. Role-based access controls limit who can see what.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@vyonic.me. In-app deletion is available under Settings, Danger zone, Delete my account.

7. Children

VYONIC is intended for adults 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
